Shipping, Refund, and Return Policy

 

Shipping Policy
Gratefuldeadshop.com ships via USPS and can ship to anywhere in the world including P.O. Boxes. Occasionally an order will go via Fedex or UPS. We try and ship all in stock orders within 48 hours. 

Estimated shipping delivery times
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees and are the responsibility of the purchaser. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

Gratefuldeadshop.com is not responsible for customs fees. The recipient is responsible for payment of all custom, VAT , and duty fees.

Order Never Arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, although we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address on your order was correct, please get in touch with us at help@gratefuldeadshop.com and include your order number. We'll look into it and get right back to you.

Refund & Return Policy

Refunds:
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has been delivered to request a return at help@gratefuldeadshop.com.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused, with tags in its original packing. Clothing can not be washed.

Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, save the shipping container and packaging and please get in touch with us within a week's time!

Wrong size:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
